These types of spawn points shouldn't take away the job of the transport vehicle. Which is why these should be a once per battle type of thing so they are used as strategically as possible. I don't know if the ork rok and telaporta are lore based but they don't seem to jive well with the orkz. Maybe they could have the ability to repair a destroyed trukk back to full health instead? It would be a once per game sort of thing though. Other ideas for buildables for all the factions : Barricade for entrenching and area, would be brace able. A temporary resupply station that could be placed anywhere and would last 2-5 minutes. The ability to upgrade a weapon on a vehicle or spawn a vehicle with better weapons. It's already been said but a man able turret.
They would not take away the transport's jobs due to each transport being fully mobile, a resupply station, and having onboard weapons. As I think about it it would be better if these abilities had long cooldowns, like two and a half minutes. this would give them the deploy chance of twice per point if not protected. As for roks with tellyportas they were used and to great effect in the third war of Armageddon if memory serves. On a side note, would be hilarious if orks could loot abandoned vehicles and convert them into ork vehicles. Might make people stop using tanks as personal transports
