If your Chapter Master told you to tear down the shrines to the Emperor, in order that shrines to him might be raised in their place, would you meekly follow his orders? Or follow your heart, and turn your weapons upon him? Which of you would be the betrayer, then? You, for denying your master's orders and attacking him? Him, for betraying your trust and your purpose as battle brothers? Both of you? Say that you stand up for what you believe in, and you kill your Chapter Master to prevent him manipulating others. When your brothers look upon what you have done, and call you a betrayer for slaying the Chapter Master, what will you do? Meekly submit while they execute you, erase your name from history, venerate the heretic you brought down and let his loyal allies continue his work unhindered? Or stand by the decision you have made - tell the truth, no matter how hard it is to believe or the cost that may follow, and refuse to be condemned by those who are too blind or misled to judge you? And if you refused to submit, if you would fight for the truth, or your honour, or for vengeance against those who sought to betray you, then you would have chosen our path...and we are not so different, you and I.

Not exactly, I clear out ignored Kanthrics waaaay too long post as I do not really care what you ignorants do in this thread lol. I mean it is obviously off-topic and yet it is in Space Marine faction for some reason. I just don't get this whole 'forum war' thing. Because that crap causes crap like 'where heretics reside' and that brought the 'not so enjoyable' hue-manatee upon the forum.... Though that crap let Crazy Canadian 24 disappear lol
there is a role-playing sub-forum for a gooooood reason. The whole 'forum username = character' stuff was overdone a month after opening the forum. At the beginning it was fun, then threads in other faction talks (which are to discuss the faction WITHIN ETERNAL CRUSADE) were made which in basic was to 'fight' the other faction. I.E. Space Marines opening a 'anti heretic' thread in the CSM sub-forum ; CSM opening an anti-loyalst thread in the SM sub-forum, etc. The Faction sub-forums are for discussing how the factions work within EC, not in Wh40k in general. The Off-Topic sections are for everything outside of EC, not outside of Wh40k..... *but ppl do not understand that*
