The Inquisition are here.. on Arkhona. It was clearly stated on one of the EC Twitch Episodes, and if I recall correctly there's a short story about the Inquisition presence. I'm hoping to see an Inquisitor Elite or Hero in the form of an Inquisitor. I suppose we'll have to take one in Power Armor and we'll have to wait on Terminator Lord Inquisitor until the first DLC.
Just to clarify, because saying DLC can lead to a certain thinking: Eternal Crusade will have free expansions for gameplay elements (ie units, vehicles & maps) accompanied by DLC (ie cosmetically unique stuff). Though access to play as new factions would still cost moneyz. A thread talking about plans for the free expansions & $ DLC content can be found here. Terminator Equivalents (TEQ) are going to be Elite & Hero classes, planned to be included in the first free expansion that is planned to be 2-3 months after launch. Confirmed near the end of State of the Crusade IV here and confirmed again by Nathan Richardsson (Oveur; Senior Producer) here.
Inquisition should definitely be in, I hope they'll add them as another faction including SoB, IG and GK as elite.
Well, maybe. Arkhona could end up like Vraks: an epic war Imperial Guard+Space Marines+Inquisition vs Lost and Damned+Chaos Space Marines. Or Arkhona could end up like Sondheim V: Tyranids vs Daemons. Space Marines come over, see that, do Exterminatus, case closed. Anyway, don't expect inquisitorial personell on the battlefield. They are far too valuable for a war of attrition.

A A Bolter and Power Armour didn't make you a Space Marine! They are weak and unworthy of the weapons of a true Astartes!
