Titans. Not broken necessarily, but I feel like it would make individual players too insignificant, people'd feel frustrated, methinks. Kaldor Draigo, Grey Knights.
GREY KNIGHTS keep them as far away as possible from this game they have an item that makes plasma and anti vehicle weapons from range useless making them reliably immortal cause they are all terminators and can deep strike on your face without missing AND have 2 up saves on half of their units it's so overpowered also keep away anything created by he who has bad writing ( Matt ward ). Yea all I need to say. I'm in synapse now so no epic fails from me YEA!!!
