Today my brother found this weapon but he couldn't find any discussion about it.
The sound effect is hilarious but in general it doesn't seem so effective.

Sound like yer talkin' about da Skip Launcha. Sounds like a bottle rokkit right? Dat's more like a grenade launcha dan a rokkit launcha. It's what dey call a 'niche weapon', good for area denial but tricky ta use uvvawise. If ya got a few gits usin' 'em at once as a team it can be great fun! Best used when trying ta knock yer enemy off a point or in a hallway.

My opinion is shown below. The weapon is almost a total piece of shit and needs to be reworked.

It is the best weapon for killing your own downed teammates. Just ask them to plant grenades at their feet, then proceed to kill them while they are downed!

Skip launcha is laughably terrible. I can't think of a single plausible situation where I'd want that weapon.

it skids underneath shields to do direct damage to the wielder, it is also a fear weapon due to the sharp whistle noise it makes.

Aiming it is incredibly tough though. With the set detonation timer any smart person would just roll, hell even walk out of way. When I'm not playing orks and I hear the whistling sound it doesn't effect my plans in the slightest. As long as you look for the little grenade symbol on your screen, you have nothing to worry about.

Skip launcher is utter cancer for the opposing team in certain areas. Otherwise it's fairly situational.
