Hey, I've made a dumb little accident of buying the game twice, mostly because it said "error", but in reality the payment was sent and the game received so I assumed it didn't do it and bought it again. Immediately after finding that out I made a support ticket for a refund of one of the purchases, with no response. What should I do?
last support ticket i send was answered 1 month later ^^ but shouldnt you contact the steamsupport? since i guess you bought it in steam
I bought it on this website, using PayPal. I used one of the copies on Steam, and left the other one unused so I can get a refund for real money, not steam money.
