Boss! Some Of Dem Sneaky Boyz Is Ov-....whaa, Where'd They Go!?

Discussion in 'Orks' started by Kriegson, Oct 19, 2013.

  1. The idea of other factions getting invisibility that may or may not run out at some point, but is probably a better hiding tool, and then the Orks just get to disguise themselves as a prop which lasts until they're found out really screams 'faction uniqueness' to me. I like it a lot, it gives the Orks something different for their stealth because they do stealth differently than everyone else.
  2. What if works were able to disguise there traps too.
Like a fake ammo box that is on top of a mine

You my friend are a genius. Also I'm presenting this to the forum I well be getting founders pack soon which one should I get skarboy kommamdo, crazed cybork, or war buggy blade elp me boys I don't know wot ta do. Any oo I think this would be great orks stealth as props while ork traps are basically Trojan horses that would be amazing.
  4. I would go with skarboy but cyborks are meant to be seen

We could make those blatantly obvious images of Orky stealth work only when there is a HUGE amount of orks together. It makes sense that the stronger their pshychic "web" is, the better their stupid ideas work (no offense, orks are awesome)
  7. The problem with that is that these orky stealth tactics work all the time. Kommandos actually distance themselves from the rest of the army, if not completely divorcing themselves from it as a whole and only operating tangentally to it. There normally aren't that many Orks around when a Kommando gets to work, but his disguises still work. It's mostly because Orks are always like that. Also partially because everyone completely doubts that Kommandos even exist. They're all convinced they'll see the Ork advance from a mile away.

YES !! If your on the ork team you just see them wearing an enemy helmet but they are disguised as an enemy. For example you see a ork with a space marine helmet while they see let's say brothertitusxx while the actual one may even be in that battle. Or better yet it's prop hunt where both sides get to shoot and with the prop idea it's actually not that far fetched or difficult to program because well it still rendering the ork it's just the ork looks different visually. Meaning you may end up being used for cover by and unknowing marine.
  10. Captain "All right marines were entering ork territory"
Brother 1 "keep an eye out they could be any were"
    Brother 3 "or ena fing"
