I think unfortunately a lot of people have trouble separating the trolling/joking from the competitive culture BLOP has and that's what's really making it difficult for you guys. People don't want to play you because they think you're jerks, not just because you're good. And it doesn't matter if that's actually true or not, it's their perception, which becomes their reality - evidence doesn't even cross their minds. When it's plastered like a trophy on your banners, it creates a culture. That culture feeds the ethos of people believing you're doing wrong when you're just doing well. @Elector I'll PM you and @Armgarion. We will help you. MYST isn't always competitive but we certainly need good opponents to train and challenge as we're going to start doing more GvG. Details there.
Says a lot, when a guild known for exploiting utilizing the hell out of every game breaking bug, feature and mechanic to get their way wont play Melee. The cake is a lie man, They've got everyone eating it and its a fuckin' lie.
Armgarion has videos of him playing melee, Smorcest can play melee, Krayt can play melee, Mkoll can play melee, Antheus can play melee, the list goes on. Melee has been buffed plenty, so stop thinking ranged is a damn crutch already. It's getting borderline ridiculous at this point. I could just as easily use your logic and say "4 Fuel iframe crutch, rip ranged long live skill" because that's what it sounds like. It's time to stop, seriously.
