Aaah, that makes sense. A slightly stronger librarian may be possible without unbalancing the game.

I agree with the unique weapons there. They will be more likely just normal weapons with added wolf pelts or blood drops for example.
  2. Trovanus Abize Arkhona Vanguard

Yeah the visuals of the weapon will for the most part trump any tiny advantage in the stats, at least for the easily visible stuff, like a giant wolf pelt on a devastator's ammo-pack.

No they don't. Nearly every single Astartes have eidetic memories as a result from their rigorous psychological conditioning alongside bodily augmentation. And no, it isn't that memories fade, the simple fact of induction completely wipes almost all remaining thoughts. An Astartes killing his father or mother would be unlikely to even feel regret or grief of any sort. They might muse about, but that's if it appears to be something besides just another killing of the unclean.

Wrong. Angelos in that instance was actually outraged and angered that a family member commited heresy. He felt no pity, no remorse, no regret or grief, but rather felt like a personal shame, and was suitable angry at it.

See, that's the only sensible response and Astartes to have if they found out a relation was a heretic. But there would never be guilt or grieving of any sort. It's effectively like they were related to a completely different person who effectively died upon their induction as a Neophyte. Only shame if their lineage is heretical.

(Of course the Dark Angels would probably just completely cover it all up and execute everyone who ever found out about it.)

You got some things messed up. The Space marine's reaction to a family member betraying the Emprah is that of a fanatic.
A comissar or an Inquisitor would feel the same way, without any indoctrination or brainwashing.

But that's not brainwashing, that's being a zealot.

Eh, it is brainwashing. The Schola is absolutely brutal and turns pleasant young children into near blind zealots. Hell the only way you become a Commissar in the first place is shooting who may very well be your best friend for no reason at all besides proving you'll follow any orders.

I think the reasons the Blood Ravens arnt in this off the bat. First Blood Ravens were first in the DOW series! Second their chapter's history was lost and they arnt a founding chapter.

A lot of founding chapters are not in either. Though I would think it would make sense to add fan-demanded chapters, as a lot of people would buy them. But than again, I really want to have a Blood Ravens devastator, and a Black Templar assault marine.

Yes I do understand that but I'd say they make the work they pick first but I do understand I'm voting for salamanders. So yes that would be a good sales point as we'll so good idea.
