Will be interesting to see what kind of interactions, if any, First Founding Legions and their chapters interact. That being said, the Flesh Tearers need an appearance.
All chapters will be fighting together mate, and I think they aren't going to be adding any successor chapters any time soon
i was hoping they would not have 1000+ gamers all looking identical. i thought there would be customisation options, i dont know how much customisation but i can imagine a lot, hopefully the customisation would alow to change apearance enough to make a blood angel look more like a successor of the blood angels. simply by changing colours ? once you do this you just get a group of players to create a squad 10-1000? members and call themselves a successor, all customised with a diferant successor colour sceme. similar thing would be done with customisation, you could arange all first company to have a colour trim on the right pauldron marking them as 1st company,2nd, 3rd and so on, perhaps customise the knee pad ? i dont know for certain but id really love to see something like this.
Well, in Space Marine at least you got to pick and unlock a number of options for your armor after leveling up some and achieving things. I imagine you'll get that in this too but there's the Rogue Trader if you want to start getting into more fancy things (like Second and Third foundings as paint jobs).
also in the game you would probably get a freinds list ? some chat option ? a choice to invite or block people from chat, maybe multiple chat chanels. a MMO will have chat/chat options most games already have stuff like this now. and this would be helpful for diferant gamer groups/companys/squads/successors chapters. even if you cant change your apearance which would seem most unlikely and very diapointing, you do it through gamer chat. or your pc/game consol freind list ?
they have a seperate discussion all about the chat systems. press button 2 block all dark angels, button 3 block the smurfs.. button 6 invite the flesh tearers
death company will be cool man lol anyone knows somthings if will be sanguinary guard? or somthing like that?
In my opinion, Sanguinary guards should be a cosmetic upgrade for Assault Marines who complete a set of difficult objectives. That would be so awesome. Possibly immersion breaking if too many people are capable of earning it though.
