I think the black rage will be like a activate ability that gives us a speed and damage increase but the effects would damage us over time while its activated once the duration passes it goes on cool down
Better be red thirst then ^^ Cause black rage led to become death company's lost brother without doubt, whereas a blood angels artifact can make any BA go red thirsty until it's going off, then all BA come back to normal state without any sequel.
