I'd rather have an option to remove chat from my HUD .... all chat, if its not abuse during global chat at the end of a match then its abuse from "team mates" during the game, you can only ignore so much before the constant stream of profanity and small-mindedness thats thinly veiled in RP wears you down
Sir, its an online PVP shooter - people get mad after loss or too happy after victory, they do not control their emotions. So just ignore such people, they happen from time to time, but actually quiet rare issue. I understand russian language - you must be happy you dont, because what THEY write in kirilica during or after the match..Well, I can say that "n****r" is like a sugar in compare to that I dont like that either, but learned to stop paying attention.
i play with russian's in a few games so i know what they are like and the shit they say xD but yeah personally i tend to ignore them most of the time but the game is becoming if not already free to play, and i don't want to see people driven away from the 40k due to toxic people, Australia doesn't have that large of a player base to start with and the last thing i want to see is the game die out here population wise.
I love the "get over it" mentality, people should definitely never be held accountable for their shitty behavior, it's everyone else's fault! How dare some people be reasonable and hold others to a higher standard where they expect others to interact like decent human beings, how dare they! Leave the poor defenseless victims who can't express themselves through anything other than profanities and vitriol alone! That aside, yes we should probably have a report feature, but it's by no means a super high priority. It's a pretty common feature in games, no reason why we shouldn't have it.
I play ~20 games per day. Daily. I do that for last 18 months. Never saw a word "n****r" in chat Maybe just a random issue.
