Maybe a "grot-nade"... Which is literally a cosmetic for a frag/stikk bomb that is a lil poor helpless Grot tied up to a Ork grenade. Every time you throw it, you hear the poor thing yelp as it flies - before it blows up in shrapnel and grot-giblets.

Otherwise, I think an Ork ammo pack consumable is an ammo runt... Who hops off your shoulder, hands you the ammo before you stomp the thing to show you "consumed" your ammo pack.
