I'm trying to figure out the best loadouts for each class.

Ded 'Ard Slugga boy: High armor rating for longest fighting time.
Weapon:Choppa Club + Slab Slugga pistol
    Armor: 'Eavy Armor
    Wargear 1 : Armor +10
    Wargear 2 : Armor Regen delay -30%
    Trinket 1 + 2: Armor regen delay -3% + -5%
    Trinket 3 + 4: Armor +2 and +3
Extra Gear: Either a stikkbomb or the medkit

    Dat sums up to:
    200 Health
    155 Armor + -38% armor regen delay = 3.1 seconds till recharge
    100 Toughness

Skarboy: High Toughness Rating Sluggaboy+High stamina rating for closing distance
Weapon: Choppa Ax + Slab Slugga
    Armor: Leather Armor
Wargear 1 : Iron Gob of Toughness +10% damage reduction +30 Toughness
    Wargear 2 : Strong Stamina +2 Stamina
    Trinket 1+2:Health +2 and +3
Trinket 3: Stamina Regen delay -5%
    Extra Gear: None

    Dat sums up to:
    205 Health
    100 Armor
    4 Stamina bars
    -5% Stamina regen delay

Brutal'w Krumpin Slugga boy: Highest damage output a slugga boy can get.

Lods'aDakka Shoota: The best lodsadakka a shoota can shoot+Survivability

Crazy Stormboy: The best loadout for hit and run stormboys

DakkaDakkaLoota: Best loota loadout one can get to fight against Spess Mahreens.

Post up what you think is your best loadout.

'Eres what i figured for da Ded 'Ard Slugga Boy:
Weapon:Choppa Club + Slab Slugga pistol
    Armor: 'Eavy Armor
    Wargear 1 : Armor +10
    Wargear 2 : Armor Regen delay -30%
    Trinket 1 + 2: Armor regen delay -3% + -5%
    Trinket 3 + 4: Armor +2 and +3
Extra Gear: Either a stikkbomb or the medkit

    Dat sums up to:
    200 Health
    155 Armor + -38% armor regen delay = 3.1 seconds till recharge
    100 Toughness

The only thing that works well for me is slugga boy with any loadout really. Anything else I'm just incredibly horribad at making it work.

Shoota's accuracy means I can't even beat a guy standing on a crate, because he's too far for me to reliably hit him with my bullets before he just outshoots me.

Plasma loota's are good, any variation really, if you can get at a secured zone or have teamates protecting you vs those pesky scorpions and other melee/assaults, but devastators and havoc will still beat the crap out of you if they spot you.

    painboyz lack stuff.

Because of the new harkus, fielding a zzap gun is suicide cause the enemy team just sally forth and you are safe nowhere to destroy those quad guns. the only thing lascannon and equivalents were good at :(

Seriously, try maggon/harkus/medusa and try to do tank hunting with zzap gun. good luck with that. Still better to use the plasma deffgun, just as good at tank hunting, millions times better vs infantry and heavy infantry (marines).

I only play slugga unless I really HAVE to play loota, and have a fighting chance with loota, a rare occurance for me on medusa/harkus/maggon.
  5. Mad Dok Kadbrakk Pablus Arkhona Vanguard

For a Tanky Painboy and my personal loadout..

    'Eavy Armour,
    Iron Gob of Toughness
    Slab Slugga
    +15% Stamina/Armour Regen

Makes you a bit harder to put down, means you can survive quite a few more bullets which is especially helpful when pressing F on downed people.

Also means you can't do anything to tanks, but that's not what the Painboy is for. Leave tank-destruction to your more heavy friends.

Generally good on every single map I've tried it on. Harkus may be an exception, but nothing counters Harkus as its a rather broken map.

I think you're going to waste your time here, because weapons haven't approached final polish or hit core 'feels' things will feel vastly different and stats are the most likely thing to change dramatically in a short amount of time.

If you want the best bang for your buck now though, go ahead and figure out what actually RAW does the best in the current balance cycle.

I dunno bout best but here is some tips for now:

For choppas take either electric or the beat stick. They're the best bang for your buck and which one depends if you can spare 100 points for electric.

I find the flat damage resistance is better than stacking armor (still testing this though)

Don't bother with the health and armor trinkets just get either stamina or armor regen. Both is best!

Not a fan of getting the extra stamina bars just because I do fine with 2 and it saves points for better stuff. That is just a personal opinion though, extra stamina ain't nothing to shake a stikk at.

The blade choppa look awesome but is there any, ANY point in picking it instead of clubz n choppaz?
  10. 'EadThwacka Im_a_Turtle Arkhona Vanguard

Not right now unless its specifically against the Eldar. The chain choppa doesn't have much armor penetration damage against the heavily armored Spess Mahreens.

The Powah Axe or the Club is your best bet against the most recurrent foe which is da Spayce Mahreen!
