Personally I'm just loving to play as Eldar. Micro intensive, but doable, and very satisfying. Setting some abilities to autocast helps a lot though, namely boarding actions and bomber squadrons. I'm even getting used to the Pulsar.
I wish the auto cast was something you could set ahead of battles like in the fleet manage window. Setting broadside vs frontal can get so tedious.
I'm still not getting the hang of the system very well, but I might try learning more so I can play Eldar and Chaos.
Just discovered the beauty of the evil sunz favor shokk attack kanon. Put that sucker on auto cast, click every major ship and target engine, easily disables engines from all the way across the map while ignoring shields!!! Its so friggen devious.
I was checking the official BFG forums...so much hate for orks. Literaly the only time I have read a statement wanting orks to be nerfed. Which I find funny since half my ships guns are destroyed by me ramming into people. tip vs orks if you see a bright red ship coming for you try not to be close to anything like a mine field...it will end very badly for you lol. Edit: i just figured out how kustom points work now all my new ships have twoce the number of guns and I can build carriers. I was so confused on the carrier part lol.
