IIRC males treading the path of the Banshee are considered females either for the duration of their time in that aspect or just when their war mask is donned. Beneath that busty armour could be a male, because Eldar are equal opportunists like that and don't really care about gender distinctions.
Banshees would be good if their CC weapon ignored most of an MEQs armour and if Eldar get to run faster than the other races. For general combat, sadly I think the better armoured Striking Scorpions might be better with the amount of bullets and grenades flying around. Although I suppose we might end up with both as a kind of amalgum - what I mean is that there could be one CC class but if taken as female then it looks like a Banshee, while if taken as male it looks like a Scorpion. (I'm not saying this is a good idea, BTW. As it misses out on the potential coolness of either male Banshee or female Scorpions. Plus lore spasms.)
Put a helmet on and Male Banshees or Female Scorpions look exactly like any other of their Aspect. Their armour doesn't exactly shift for gender differences
What a dull answer, though. I find it amazing that I can google Eldar paint schemes and see a mass of creative paint jobs but I come to this forum and folks seem to want their Eldar to be more regimented than the SM. I'm not advocating T&A Howling Barbie but I think it would make for more customization options.
I'm talking about body-shape wise Male Banshee armour still would have breasts shaped into it, because Banshee's are a female Aspect. Doesn't mean there wouldn't be different designs, patters, etc to the armour.
Not sure if the male banshee armour would have the breast shape (or the SC armour would have flat chest), I'm almost sure that in the path of the eldar books mention how armour is connected psychically with the owner and adapts to his body, so eldar of different sizes could use the same armour...
