Banshee's Howling -- what exacly it does to the "target"? besides getting him blurred?
  2. Suppression, increased vulnerability to melee attacks.

And lower force for their weapon

And giving them a headache, too.

I don't think that's true. I kill them in the same number of hits without or with a howl suppression effect. I think it just screws up gun aim so they can effectively close on a target via the fastest route possible of a straight line.

Enemies should take more damage from melee and do less themselves in addition to the supression(accuracy loss). Thats what Brent told us on twitch last week.

Force is not damage, it's about lowering the effective "Tier' of the weapon. Example, a sword would be considered a Knife During clangs.

If it's the case, it doesnt work, I never saw any of them lose clangs with me after I screamed. Besides, what surprises me more, tacticals clang with banshee's sword on equal terms with KNIVES, as if their weapons' tiers are the same - this is very strange and this is not a bug due to back-end latencies or bad frame rate

Strange as I usually break tacticals with my scorpion chainsword in about two hits, it is supposed to be a lower tier than the power sword be it buffing the scorpion to space marine strength levels.

Yeah, this is very strange indeed, but it's true - banshee's power sword clangs with tactical's knives on equal terms which is wrong but this is it
