Post Battle of Endor like a dozen Emperor clones ran around, no? Plus the two Eclipses were built and frking Thrawn ran around who was first Alien Admiral. If that is that new republic era - that is all I know, but even that all got retconned cuz the new movies are going to replace whatever was established through the jedi knight games, comics, novels and what not xD

Great so it means we are in a weird vacuum of no-knowledge whatsoever. And that would even mean the Imperium doesn't have 'very little power' but it's non-existing. As for Sith dead, my main worry is.... Where the hell is the balance of the force here? Star Wars literally resolves around the point that Good and Evil are always in balance, since with one, the other doesn't exist But oh well, let's just roll with this and see were it goes.
