The whole notion is A-OK with me. Despite whatever our continuity is, she's a Imperial deserter. On Nar Shaddaa no less. Certainly some Imperial branch, information broker, or even a sith agent with a booty would like to get their hands on her. Whoever posted the bounty could simply be using that as a means.

Lying, cheating, betraying her way through her time in the Empire. Perhaps stealing plans or a piece of tech before she left to sell.
If those plans could put a lot of people in danger, or her actions led to the deaths of innocent people then Fritzz would definitely have you on the hit list of potential bounties. You could think of Fritzz as a small ball of karma
