Auto Balancing Teams and Vehical Counters.

    Hey guys just two gripes that I think need to be addressed before launch.

    1: Team Auto Balancing

    So I was playing Orks today, and every single game we started out numbered, alright I understand not much can be done about that, but why on earth was a game that started at 5 vs 8 allowed to swell to 5 vs 13?
    Many other games have systems that if a team starts outnumbered they will put a join cap on the game until the teams are equal, i.e. stop letting in chaos marines until the ork numbers are up.

    This lead to about a dozen matches where in the first 5 minutes chaos had nabbed every objective and when it did become 20 v 20, the game had already been lost for the ork side.

    2: Vehical counters.

    So I want to spawn a trukk, great, so I check the map and it says that we have 2 transports left.

    But when I die I attempt to spawn a transport and nothing happens, still it says 2 transports left...
    So I respawn at the very back point to use the spawner manually and all of the transports are depleted.

    Can we fix it so the map actually says how many vehicals we have left, because currently most games have barely any armour on the board because no one knows if they can use them or not.

    1) Game currently treats warbands as single person.

    2) Vehicle spawn display is bugged and does not show correct values on vehicles.

  3. So if there is a 5vs6, on a 50v50 map, it could put a 30 man warparty on one side? o_O
  4. Pretty much this. There are a few small war bands in orks right now being giant assholes and ruining it for us. 5-10 will que, and if it says orks v chaos, will immediately drop game. Problems compound when it let's that many chaos players in anyway. They know who they are and are going to start getting called out on it if they don't cut that shit out. They also drop maps like zedek if they get attack every time. But F everyone else, right?

    If they're that addicted to winning no matter what, they should play anything but orkz.
  6. If you can't spawn from map, don't bother trying to use the pad. Bug is known, nothing more we can do about it...

    Technically, yes unless they have placed some failsafe, but I wouldn't keep my hopes up for that yet.

    I know, its just with the launch so close a bug like that is simply not okay...

    The game heavily relies on pushing armour and respawn points around the board and if we can't see how many vehicals we have available that is a core mechanic broken straight out of the gate.

    New players will not forgive something like that as just a bug.

    Don't worry its only alpha. Everything will be fixed post launch.(if you are reading this post launch, then don't worry it was just released, and post launch is under way)[if you are reading this 1 year later, then you prolly fukt up buying this]
