Pretty much, did you read about Ghostlight? If multiple SS activate their ghostlight they can shoot across THE ENTIRE battlefield .... and hit precisely.

Mainly their weaponry is AV, therefor imagine shooting a Leman Russ on ~10 miles distance XD
