Well, Lhykosidae is simply the Eldar name for "Wraith Spider" if I recall, the youth who became thus was a bashful one as many tend to be before they become Exarch. I speak of course of the most recent of its incarnations - in Kaelor's case it was the rebirth of the Lhykosidae that signalled the end of a destructive war within the Craftworld. It could well be the case that the Shrine of Lhykosidae was simply dormant (as the book suggests) for a long time, leading to the forgetting of the very existence of such a Phoenix Lord - Then again, he could be something far different from a Pheonix Lord, seeing he is supposedly a Wraithbone construct of sorts. You know, with the way the Wraithbone armor grew around and inside of the youth, fusing with him for what seems to be indefinitely. Here's a question - What about the new Shadow Spectres? Here's a link to the wiki of the recently-ish announced unit. http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Shadow_Spectres Accuracy debuff when targetted, silent jetpacks, stealth, insane range, ability to coordinate together to go from insane to stupid range, and the fact they have very high accuracy and can kill Land Raiders. Balanced.
I seriously doubt they will even consider FW-stuff before they have at least gotten all the other units in.
Of course, of course. And yet, I believe that units like this would make an amazing lore-addition to the game if they were present as NPCs!
