If you guys play warp spiders. Will it be as simple as telephorting to the objective and finishing the mission?
I would have voted Dire Avengers, Fire Dragons, Warp Spiders, Striking Scorpions and Dark Reapers *Cassie high five*
@Jorimel Okay, whew... let's see here... Well, amount of combat... if I had a ratio at the moment, I'd give it to you. Knowing that most players need combat, I would hope to aim for... maybe 40/60 narrative/combat. But, as said, I'm not sure. My plan is to have between-combat sections, I.E narrative, be in the craftword (will likely be one of the EC craftworlds) where the players can participate in hobbies, have a family or court a mate if they would like, such as that. If you mean how the combat will be handled, it will most likely be my narrative system. I think you have used it before. Which means that you can assign your own wounds. But that is your decision, as the only compulsory wounds are the ones I assign. Well, I mean, you don't have to have romance with an NPC, be it another warrior or a civilian, or a PC. But yes, me and @Uriel1339 have had a little talk about stuff like that. If you are courting or mates with another warrior, there is no courting or such under the war mask. MAYBE some playful flirting jabs, but... if that is okay. Umm... I will try my best. As I have said, I very much need to learn lore, but I have read that they are... emotional. Moreso than humans. Agreed. That is why I am playing the exarch of the shrine. And should a PC become an Exarch, as in the lore, they will be banished to run their own shrine, and thus, out of the RP. Well, as I have said, I will do my best to be as lore-friendly as possible. But I would appreciate help from people such as you and @Uriel1339 if I make a HUGE mistake. Can Farseers not have mates? I've had a few talks about such like this. 40k writers have Slaanesh as the dark prince of sex because easy. Again, I may need some help. But I do know that it's excess of ALL THINGS, even if I am a little unsure how best to portray that. Nothing to say about that, other than I just learnt a new phrase. I'd love to have you, if you want to join! If you feel like you can deal with a 40k lore newbie running an ELdar RP, and hopefully help him learn.
@BadDo9 Farseer Mate thing -> It's more because Farseers are very very very very very very very special and highly valued in a craftworld. So being a boy/girlfriend of basically one of the most powerful individual Eldar on a craftworld would be essentially power-leveraging for the sake of it. It's something that happened in the Exodite RP after I gave leadership of the RP away. Also I am against any flirting under the War-Mask influence, just for the record. Last thing: very interesting as aspect would also had been Crimson Hunters..... :X
Well, makes sense. Well, I thought that maybe some remarks in combat that is somewhat like flirting. For flavour and character. If that makes sense. But, if no, than no. Perhaps. But I am not sure that a dogfighting RP would be as interesting.
Exactly. Proper Space Opera fights like Star Wars Rogue Squadron, Freelancer, Wing Commander, etc.! After having played Rharijem I would say it's frickin' awesome, @Jorimel can somewhat testify. #CutTheNidsWithTheSharpWings
It would be interesting but something knew to pull off mostly with tricks and what manuevers one could do with a eldar fighter.
It is more me and being nostalgic tho. Rharijem was a very.... Intense character that I just miss -shrug-. And I know not everyone enjoys flying around with a spaceship as I do. So it's alright. And probably better reserved for an IN or Air Caste RP, perhaps even Corsair - so that one can fly different crafts ^^
