Is quite obvious for how the vehicle moves that isn't an accident, it has more than enough time to stop, so probably I will do the same than Asheru if I see someone doing that kind of thing in a game. Harassment: Offensive, hateful, threatening, racist, xenophobic, anti-LGBT+, sexist, and otherwise disgraceful and/or abusive comments, including: false and unsubstantiated allegations, personal attacks and harassment.
That doesn't mean you should break the rules. If it is true that Asheru abuses his powers then you will be no better than him for doing this. Just keep sending the messages via the Dev Tickets and get other people who think Asheru is abusing his powers to do so too, it will work at some point.
Not unsubstantiated if he has a track record for kicking people for minor things. Booted Menace for saying Fasheru, getting a single letter wrong in his name. Single letter man, single letter. That was also in a GvG game, who the hell does that during GvG. Which btw they still lost. Now I will ask for the full video of the match hopefully they still have it. As for me getting banned. Been there done that. Flooded support with tickets on this very subject before. Had no effect. At least this way other people will know about it. As I have told others, if I have to get banned to bring more light to this hypocrisy and abuse of power, then I'm willing to do it. Someone has to keep bringing it to light. Thanks for caring Noromiz, I know you're giving me sound advice. But since the Devs still have done nothing with him even with Tickets being thrown at them I have to assume they don't care. So I'll just need to spread the word. If I get banned, my next step is Twitter/Reddit.
Do as you wish, but right now, more than a martyr, you're the guy driving a vehicle into the lava while another people points you that somone may try to ban you for doing that.

You don't need to post another video of this incident. The existing one is sufficient enough. It shows your buddy highjacking the falcon of asherus squad which was orginally providing supportfire on the B point frontal assault. That it did not belong to your/his squad can be seen by the falcon healthbar beeing green instead of blue and you both beeing in the same squad. He also had previous "beef" with Asheru, calls out on voicecom "this will probably get me banned" showing intent and awareness of what he is doing and drives the (limited) falcon with Asheru onboard straight into the lava killing both. If anything your mate should receive a few days ban to think about it. Harassing staff even if it is unpaid volunteers of a game on purpose to aggrevate and provoke them does not sound like innocente misscommunication to me. Neither does griefing your team by deliberately destroying vehicles or removing supportfire paint a positive picture of an innocent. Last but not least, like others already told you, you as a forum "veteran" should know the forum rules. Witchhunts and personal vendettas will only result in a ban for you. Not because you are a matyr or because the system is out to get you but because you broke the simple rules you have to adhere to to use this board.
