    So 100LP for 20 Toughness, 210LP for 30 Armour?

    For chaos

150LP for mark of nurgle + 30 toughness
    250 LP tier 1 armor + 20 armor + 20 toughness
    400LP tier 2 armor + 30 armor + 30 toughness
    20 LP + 3 armor
    10 LP + 1 armor

So max you could get would be with tier 2 armor + armor trinkets + nurgle which would be 149 armor / 160 toughness

Out of curiosity is damage reduction from a banner applied before or after toughness?

MoN adds 30 toughnes and 20 health.

I trip out and miss something, we not discussing armor vrs toughness?

Well, its about survivability and talking MoN you can't ignore health as it provides equal bonus as 20 armor, it just doesn't regenerate.

okay but if we are moving the discussion from armor vrs toughness to general survivability then the stamina regen debuff means any player with half a brain can out roll you and then kill you :) so its only + to survivability when we are not rolling

    You're using MoN as argument.
You can't ignore half of the item you want to talk about.

No I listed the way of getting both armor and toughness as chaos, we have three items that grant toughness which is MoN, tier 1 armor and tier 2 armor so playing chaos the only real way you can max toughness without maxing armor is to stick with the stock armor (115) and use MoN

I didn't list the benefits/debuffs of everything as I thought we were talking about armor vrs toughness

    Armour is just Better Health.

But anyway, more to the point, given their relative values we should really be comparing 40 Toughness with 30 Armour for it to be a fair LP-to-LP cost comparison, right?

I don't even need to plug in the numbers to see how that will turn out.
