"Ugh. Boring. Make her fight some more more difficult enemies. Next!"

Sheolhim mulled it over visibly, tapping her chin and staring at the man. Eventually, she turned to the wretched husband of hers, and shared her thought in the Eldarin language. "Take him up, and keep the mon'keigh. Make him fight them. Do not give him arms. If he wants to be a martyr, so be it."

For a brief moment, the Eldar stared at this curious Ork.

Then, she began to laugh loudly, hideously, in a twitching fit that made her onyx eyes tear. "Yes! Yes! This one!", Sheolhim choked between unseemly periods of laughter. "I wish to see more of him! A fine core of brutality he is! And so delightfully simple, there is so much to read in his words!"

A broad grin remained even after she settled down. "You get your wish. Fight in the next round!"

"Wot?"he said turning his head toward the panzee talking too him. What was this L'dar git going on about? He was going to fight again? And he was going to get a wish? What in the name of Gork (and Mork) was going on? He wasn't sure if this was just another Panzee L'dar trying to trick him again, or if this git was for real. He looked over to the other panzee got that sat next to her. He glared over at this git in particular. This git was the reason he was stuck in this boring as all hell place.

"I get wut I wantz? And I getz ta fight again? Iz dat r'oight." he said turning his head to the L'dar talking to him. He chuckled heartily for a bit before snorting and looking back up.

"O'ight den. I'z tell ya wat I wantz." He lifted his power Klaw up and pointed a finger at the panzee git sitting next to her, " I wantz. Hiz hed, on a point'ee stikk. And I wantz ta fight sum wun proppa. And if ya kantz doo dat, I wantz ta fight da gitz dat didn't wantz ta fight! Such a fing iz insultin! "

Inarius, in all his deathly glory, moved to the gathering area. He looked to this Mistress with disgust as he would any xeno, but lucky for him his face was covered by a skull helm that even a Dark Eldar might appreciate. Regardless he looked up to her with his arms out to his sides, "What is it you wish for, xeno?"

"I see now that I should have captured more of the angry kind of Astartes not this cool, reserved bunch... Mhhh... But would you go far enough to choose this one as your champion, the Ork? Because I am pretty sure there is one amongst them that can beat him, dear. I would say..... That one can beat him." He pointed at Temvero (@BadDo9 ), the Salamander. "However his comrade has been wounded dramatically, it would not be a fair two on two match. Unless....." He mused and stroke his chin. "We mix up the preliminary teams once again."

"Also that one looks interesting." He gestured toward Inarius (@matt23 ) who just spoke up.

Team 6 - The Beauty & The Beast vs. Team 11 - Purgatory

The Ogryn roared and as the Melta was aimed at his head, but he smashed the puny woman (relative to the size and muscle mass of Skud) into pulp, she stood no chance against the angry beast, she had been better off killing it while it was dumbfound. (OOC: Fatality, then on with the combat!)

In awe the crowd watches as Drach hacked the poor poor viewer apart who leaned too far forwards and fell into the arena. Her very soul essence was sucked into the Incubus and strengthened him, but everything changed when the Sister with the Flamethrower attacked! She primed her weapon, raised it, and pressed the trigger! Angry flames of doom spat forth, for a single second, before the whole canister detonated in her hands and spread the promethium over her thighs and boots, burning her slightly.

"THE FIRE OF THE GOD-EMPEROR BURNS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE OF ME! I WILL SEND YOU TO YOUR DEFINITION OF PURGATORY, ALIEN!" The angry sister roared, entertaining the masses with her impressive display of setting herself aflame as she slammed a new Promethium tank into her weapon after a swift prayer to the lord and ruler of all of Mankind.

The Sunray Cannon again spat it's angry Plasma forth, this time concentrated as the single Tau was following the circling Phantom Tiger, being distracted. And then with a quick nod from Zontaran to Orevara, both struck at the same time. First the Plasma-shot that incinerated half of the Tau, taking an arm and half the torso with him, before the SMG splattered across his chest before the Tiger would engage in melee to finish him for good... (OOC: Fatality, then move on to Champion's Gathering!)

Champions' Gathering

"What does it matter to you, worm?", asks Sheolhim, leaning forward in her seat. "I wish for entertainment, naturally."

"...then do what you think is right", replies the 'bride' venomously, not impressed with her new husband's ploy to earn her affection.

"You know why alien woman. If you are the reason I am here, then through you I shall be free," he said with contempt.

<Arena 6>

"Yes..." the Dark Eldar warrior hissed as he sucked the life force of his kin dry, it feeling so damn good, the soulfire invigorating him once again. "YES!" breaking the silence his order was known for, Drach turned around and charged towards the Sister, the blood of his other victim still dripping from the klaive.

As he came at her, he switched tactics and pounced right at her, hitting from the side in a sweeping strike that would, if connected, hit the right thigh just below the groin where her aorta was located. Incubus also counted on her armor being weakened by the explosion of the fuel canister, so perhaps he would be lucky...not lucky, skilled enough to exploit that weakness and cause a shower of blood to come pushing out of the mon'keigh's body like a geyser.

The crowd wanted blood and he shall give it to them!

"Then what I think is right is to re-mix the teams, with certain conditions, instead of mere random allocation... Your champion, the Ork (@GobMaw_HellSmasha ), will receive one of the others, whomever he wishes at his side. So shall this feisty one (@matt23 - Inarius) receive a partner of his liking. Mhhh let's see.... The Inquisitor which you hate so much shall be teamed up with the Chaos Sorcerer, because he worships Slaanesh I want him dead. Soooo let's see let's see... Ah yes!" He rubs his hands.

"You, one-armed bandit (@Maleth - Theta-Xi)! You can also choose who you want as your partner. The rest of you.... You will be randomly thrown together. The Quarter Finals will begin as soon as the last remaining fight is wrapped up. The opening act then will be the Ork's team against the Salamander and whomever ends up to be his partner. Surely it will be interesting to see an Astartes who belongs to the chapter that wrecked through Comorragh thousands of years ago against the champion of my beloved! Indeed I expect a fine display of combat."
