Are they adding librarians/psykers for all factions?

Did they ever say they would add librarians, rune priest, weirdboy and so on? I would like to know because I play SW and ork's and I don't see any psykers on there side yet.

Well CSM and Eldar's "psyker" are their support/healer class.
For Ork it would be Bizar boy (that's how they are called, isn't it?), it would be a buffer I suppose (I don't really know about Ork magik).

All factions will have psychers, yes, but for LSM and Orks it'll be elites only as they aren't supposed to have psychers as a baseline unit and to remain lore friendly, you don't really have 1 librarian for every 2 tacticals or same with weirdboys.

Chaos have Sorcerers. Eldar have Warlocks.

So they already do for 50% of the playable factions.

Now that you mention it, CSM/Eldar psykers never struck me as the "healer" type before.

Also I can't really remember any instances of Psychic Powers being used to heal.

Actually, both Eldar and chaos do have healing powers.
Even space marine librarians of particular "spec" can heal wounds.

What we don't have portrayed properly is Warlocks dual nature of powers, where they affect both allies and opponents in opposing ways(Enhance would debuff opponents on area same as it buffs allies for example, jinx would also buff allies) and chaos powers are more oriented for destruction and debuffing, but there still are few healing ones, affecting the caster himself mostly, but there should be something for allies too.

I miss the days when I actually knew a lot about 40k lore.

eh don't feel bad I don't know much about 40k. I tryed to get into the TT but everyone was a dick so I sold my army and never really did anything 40k till now.
  9. Yeah that sounds about right for 40k community :D

Orks are supposed to get Weird Boyz sometime and Librarians for LSM.

There's also supposed to be an actual Sorceror for CSM(they have an ASPIRING Sorceror atm).

I doubt we'll ever see Farseers as the elite unit for Eldar is most likely Ranger.

Sorcerers, even Chaos Sorcerers...perhaps especially Chaos Sorcerers are quite good at healing, they just often solve situations with violence.

The Pavonii of the Tzeentchian Thousand Sons were immensely powerful healers who could remold flesh on a touch, sometimes even using it to remold their own bodies into more desirable shapes. They were capable of exterminating lethal cancers through thought alone, in Talon of Horus Khayon was able to cure blindness merely by touching someones face during the Legion Wars.

Slaaneshi Blood Magi and Fleshshapers can take this to an even further extreme, reshaping flesh and bone on a whim. Several of the former even assisted in making a functional perfect clone of a Primarch through a mixture of medical science and sorcery, the Fleshshapers of Melencholia are particularly renowned for being able to give humans space marine levels of strength and reshaping and sealing flesh, or alternatively sprouting new limbs entirely, with their incantations. At least, when they aren't being driven to the brink of insanity by their own desire to experiment.

True masters of Sorcery can even make people functionally immortal by reversing age, though that's a relatively rare skill.
