Holy crap, I actually found a way to reliably inject people. When you get close as either of these classes a little box appears around the class icon of the person you have gotten close to. If this box appears and you use your syringe it will ACTUALLY heal the person with the box.

No more guesswork on whether or not you're close enough or in the right position! COME BROTHERS, WE HAVE MUCH HEALING TO DO!!!

Bloody finally, no more second guessing and wasting a grenade just so it can be done faster.

The inferior injection heal system is still my main reason not to play ork or lsm

And no, grenades are not a good idea.
Better would have been : shoot at the guy you want to heal (needle gun ^^)

That's been here since the patch Together with Narth / urty syringe targeting actually working.

If our patients just wouldn't run away from apothecarys now... *sigh*
