Well, when the early game comes out then you can help by playing it and then tell bE what you like about it, what you dont like, what bugs and OP soldiers need a fix ore nerf and you can tell what could be cool to also have in the game, like the community is doing right now. I know I am not part of the team and for that I apologise my answer, but thought I whould help by saying what I know you could do to help them.
Best thing you can do for EC is advertize it due to the non-existent marketing team, the rest isnt that much of an issue that bE actually needs some great help with.
And make sure that as you're spreading the word, you emphasize that it's still in development and can't be played/downloaded yet!
So, is there an organized effort on this grassroot's movement, or are we just kinda telling anyone who will listen?
I don't think there is anything organized, just some of us that like the idea of the game and what we are seeing on development and we try to help to spread the word about the game, I go to tell the news on a couple of forums I saw people interested, also more activity on the subreddit will help.
Pretty much put the word on the street. It will be easier when we have something concrete to show, but right now I've been selling people on the transparency thing and how the developers are keeping people in the loop.
