I bet they forgot voip is here. Even before voip was here, I won games with pugs by giving every information in the chat (obviously it's not funny, but it had to be done), against pug and against guild stack. The main (and only?) argument was "guild use TS/discord/skype/mumble/whatever to coordinate themselves". Now that voip is here, no argument left Seem it was a good game for both side.
To all the complainers here and there. Getting stomped isn't nice to endure but it is also in those game that you can really learn and become better. When i play solo (and it is often as LSM/Ork/CSM/Eldar) and i fall on a premade even if i know my chances as a team to won the match isn't good, i also know that some of those players are good and trying to get them, trying to push yourself to get the better of them is the best school in game. You may loose but look at the tactics used, the loadouts, how they fight and learn. Stop crying, the fact is we have not enough players to get G vs G and Pug vs Pug so endure, get stronger and one day beat the crap out of them.
Yeah you guys really gave it your all that match, and that was even one of my better matches if you can tell (I'm usually not going around being so killy, not my squad role really). That was thoroughly fun, it wasn't a stomp on either side, and both sides weren't cheesing BS the whole match. I wish all matches were like that...and still...fuck Agnathio. I just want to keep saying that to everyone I meet.
Most of the names escape me, they're not quite the calibre we've had in Halo 3, TF2 or Tribes Ascend, but if we're talking about the one with 3 long bridges the tanks cannot cross and Mount Rushmore in the skybox, then yes that one's an utter bastard. The sewer entrances are a cool idea but they still eat a lot of time, if you park your APCs in the safer areas. Given what I've seen there, Rushmore would be a better name for that map.
Yup, that's the one. You run across those bridges on foot, then you have to try and go in a single front door, that they can shoot down at you from literally every angle. There's literally no tactic to taking that point other than hoping you get their lives down and getting lucky. We used to be able to get up to that center catwalk and they couldn't, and it gave a place for offense JPA's to spear in and do something. Now it's just a meat grinder at the door step.
This game should have never allowed 5+ Warparties to queue against Pugs. Should have limited that to Clan v Clan fights. The entire idea originated when the game was still intended as "Planetside". But that obviously never happened. Except we still have the 5+ Warparties against Pugs, which is quite a frankly terrible experience for all parties involved. I find this argument hilarious. No competitive PvP game allows Premades vs Solo Queuers, unless they have a serious MMR/ELO system to make matches even. That even Hello Kitty has better balanced mini games isn't helping your argument. Leaving is the solution, not the problem. The problem is that the game allowed a Premade vs Pugs. Not everyone enjoys being a punching bag, and I question why you'd be angrier at those that would rather not fight an unfair fight than at those causing the unfairness. It's basically Victim blaming. I'm basically on this side as well. Joining a clan to me is synonymous with becoming part of the problem. I don't cheat back when I find cheaters, so why would I do the same on dev-approved griefing? Also, I find it funny because a lot of guilds will straight up leave if they find themselves on a fair fight (Against another Full clanstack). So really, those clanstacks are in there for the seal clubbing.
Voip has been causing client to crash so often. Many turn it off so they can remain in game. So not a valid claim here.
