It's pretty normal, but it's not their fault. It has been the case with EC since the beginning. Think of it from the other point of view: These guys want to have fun playing together with their clan and friends too, and they can't be judged for wanting that... but all they get are steamroll pointlessly easy games and games where enemies leave because they can't be bothered to fight a clanstack. We need premade vs premade matchmaking.
When I said premade team against pubs is unfair,u said this is the part of the game and I should accept it.When I said I will just leave if I face a premade team,u said I did wrong--just use the matching making system very, very legal. So where is the problem? The problem is u are the one using premade team to take adventage for a unfair and 0 honor victory, and u hate ppl leave to make ur masacre not that interesting.I say ppl leave when facing premade team is just demostrating that we dont want accept this unfair lost bring from the broken mm system,if u think I did wrong, then u did wrong thing first. Again,I'd say to u what u said to me when I complaining the unfair mm system----leaving from a totaly unfair game is permited by the mm system and its totaly legal, just as using premade team for a unfair and easy victory,if u have any problem with it,just delete the game and play something else
Yes thats would I want to say....clan vs clan, premade vs premade, and pugs vs pugs, there could be some platon in pug mode, but should be 5 ppl o lesser....
Its a known problem. I don't think the devs care and openly encourage it in the hope that clans become like Eve corps. Overall I've taken a similar approach to yourself. If I see a full stack (or nearly) I just leave and encourage others to leave before I do. Sometimes I will humor them and take the one sided beating but thats mostly when I assume I don't have a chance of getting into another game on that character. I want games that are engaging, stacked games are not engaging they are stomps. I don't mind losing, I openly welcome losing if it means a close engaging game. I just don't want stomps either from my team or the enemies. This also means the suggestion of "just stack yourself" completely avoids the issue, I don't want the shoe on the other foot, I don't want non-engaging stomps from my team. Beyond that it assumes I want to deal with guild politics, applications forms more depth that most jobs, and so on.... but beyond all of that I want to play on my time, sometimes that means middle of the day, somtimes that means late at night, sometimes that means not at all. A guild group generally has some expectation of playing during X hours and even if they don't care about inactivity I can't join multiple guilds and if the guild is only active during certain hours its again mostly useless to me. Overall its a shit system, the best you can do is just leave the matchs and let masochists be the stacks punching bags. Well masochists or noobs who will complain about balance and probably stop playing.
For me I don't join clans. Its not fun to be the stomper since there is no challange and its not fun to be stomped either. I guess it could be fun on the off chance you face another clan stack but its rare in a lobby shooter with no proper servers.
I think you misunderstand. Guilds have predetermined leadership roles that pubbies lack. Part of that guild leadership relationship is trust that your leader will make good decisions.
Unfair in what way? losing. Against a stack, you count your own performance as a win or loss. You cant control everything that happens around, you can only control how they affect you! That's Life You cannot be centered on just winning the match. You get commendations even if lose matches and I believe getting better on the scoreboard is more valuable than just winning a match. Winning a match is not up to you. But performing well is.
It's good if you're able to take that away at the end. Hell, had to do it twice today against 6-8 guys that weren't all the great, but better than pubbies and obviously were on external comms thus they won. The matchmaker could still be improved to try and find more equal games. 3 duos is not the same as 5 or 6 man, and a 10 man will just govern the entire game from the start, if only because they can all leap out of the APC at the same time and head in the general direction with a reasonable spread of relevant loadouts.
