It is broken because pugs refuse to give and listen to orders. If people don`t want to learn strategy and tactics they are beaten by those that do. It is only unfair because pushing Q or going to the marker exceeds some players mental capacity.
The difference is leadership and trust. Pubs often wont have a good leader, or, if they do they wont trust him enough to listen to him.
This shouldn't be a thing. The should ban re-queue for one hour anyone who disconnects from a match more then 3 times in a row.

Not necessarily. A premade might have people who don't speak the same language as tge rest but are still more than willing to work together, mark objectives etc.
So the solution is ignoring squad leaders and everbody playing for themselves? Bad leader that commands 4 people is better than 5 people running without any plan. I lost count how many times i went to take the point alone because squad ignored my every order, capped it just to be killed and have it decapped at the last moment, because my squad was all over the map, with heads up their asses so deep that they couldn`t see markers. Squad leaders should have execution ability that lets you execute squad members wherever they are. Maybe then people would learn that this is teamgame in which you have to listen to squad leaders to win. Also squad leaders should be separate class or something to make sure that only people who want to lead do so. And make damn tutorial already for leading and obeying orders that is mandatory for everybody.
No, I think your the one in the wrong here still. You complain about pubs. Then admit to engaging in one of the behaviours (quitting matches) that make pubs suck. Maybe YOUR part of the problem.
