Just had a match where I was a shoota boy. Everytime I moved, turned, sprinted, or crouched I made tank sounds that corresponded to tanks moving. Kinda annoying on one hand and kinda super hilarious on the other.

Anyone else get mis placed sound files?

Happened to me. Sounded more like quad gun turrets sounds, rather than tanks, I'd say.

The turret/quad gun sound box is bugged right now so you're hearing it everywhere on the map.

Probably very similar to the issue we had with vehicle turrets' weapon-fire messing up peoples' sound a few patches ago.

Ahh, the quad gun in your head syndrome. Have it all the time, starting to get use to it tbh.

Try restarting your game if you hear the turrets in your head.

It seems to be some sort of memory leak issue. I've noticed it takes longer to get into matches and sound gets glitchy after awhile of playing.

It only happejed when I moved. It was not independant of me at all.

I get these exact symptoms too and I thought it was just related to that old sound bug where you get channels from elsewhere on the map instead of your immediate location.

Do you hear the dakka too?

I make weird noises sometimes, until my coworkers look at me funny or my neighbor tells me to shut up.
