They were major players in the heresy, and their story is intertwined a lot with the Salamanders (another bad ass chapter). They were quite lucky to survive the drop zone massacre...read the books I will never do it justice.

Well, i was a bit desappointed by "Deliverance Lost". I liked the plot and the fluff, but the writing style was "meh"...
I was hoping for something better. I didn't read the rest though.

I actually enjoyed the Alpha legion parts more than Raven guard story in the Horus Heresy.

I'm not necessarily a Marine of the Raven Guard chapter i belong to the Proud sons of Guilliman; the Ultramarines.

Though i do like the Raven Guard, they're a pretty cool chapter with some alright lore/fluff.

Since I play as Raven Guard in the table top game I hope they will make it into the game.
