you can temporarily fix the settings lock by clearing all your cookies and cache for the site, but then you will be stuck with what i have where it randomly resets.

Yea that's what I meant with not being able to change anything. When I change something and then click "save", it doesn't actually get saved.

thats because on friday the devs said they had a long weekend and wouldnt be back until later.

yes, i know thats what you meant. if you delete the cookies and cache for the site it will let you save them, but they might go back to what they were before in a few hours and you will have to change them again.(it will however actually save them when you hit the save button)

devs have posted on the forums since then, but they are not showing up in the devtraker.

yes, but why would anyone be updating that tracker if they believe the devs are not posting?

the forum migration have broken the dev traker.

I have same issue as OP, where it started with new website and account switch-over. I am running up-to-date firefox on win vista

I have (always had) these issues as well

I have noticed that firefox has been playing up more as of the last 2 versions.
Refreshing to see if you have any new notifications happens a bit, sometimes it works fine.
I'm not getting the email issue though, I guess it saved when I did it back when the forums were new.
