    I was only interested in the main plot and the aftermath movie, but didn't have the patience to watch this as I'm a Mecha fan. Still, I see your point, it's just a personal preferance.

    Break Blade is good and unique Mecha anime :) Fūun Ishin Dai Shogun is new anime about Mecha in old japan it look good.

    No problems :) Sidonia no Kishi is also new anime with mecha but i didn't saw that anime yet so i can say if is good or not.

    Can't blame me, I keep saying how it's definitely the anime of the season/year in this thread! ;) And if the first episode got you hooked already... wait until the "games" pick up some steam, you won't be disappointed.

    Hitsugi no Chaika also look promising, and Shiro from No game No life is so cute :) but yeah also good anime.

    I've watched all the movies and now commencing the ongoing series of Break Blade. I've been looking for a worthy Mecha anime to watch and this was bullseye! :)
