I think that bringing the ttk's more in line was fine. Eldar are just mad because they nolonger have a ttk advantage of 25% and a smaller hitbox... not they only have said smaller hitbox and are faster. that means they have to dodge or use cover now just like all the other races. its probably just the lsm being underpowered for so long that the skill has risen to higher levels than that of factions that were using broken and imbalanced equipment... surely you guys are not going to tell me that a 15% buff to ehp is that dramatic... especialy since it does not affect most meele weapons at all.
Dawg it is the difference of, in a vast majority of situations, one bullet or two bullets. That's not whats making LSM good right now. In fact, I might go make a thread explaining why 20 armor is such a dogshit change.
Needing to throw a grenade of your own (which you might not even have) vs a stray shot from a bolter taking it out is not exactly fair and equal to say the least. Kind of making my argument for me.
nah lsm did not get good anyway. here is an update on what it turned out to be... whoo were underpowered again!
According to Brent during the stream Orks, Eldar & LSM are all pretty balanced since the last patch with chaos being a little bit out (I'm not sure if he meant over or under he didn't specify, I assume over by tone of the conversation but I don't know). I'm guessing the figures they use don't take into account the many xx vs many more line ups I've been seeing across the factions & just the xx vs xx ones (but again he didn't specify).
