I really hope so if it's true that one continent will have all of the environments stated by the OP.

lol 8X8 isnt a continent, its not even the size of an average suburb

once again heres the boring maths lol

for comparison ... the little suburb I live in (the City of Gosnells/Western Australia) population of 92K people is 128 square Kms, so even just my local suburb would take 2 EC maps to portray lol

and the actual City of Perth metropolitan area (which is all suburbs including Gosnells, and has a total population under 2 million) would take 100 EC maps

we can pray that one day in the future compters will have advanced enough so we can have maps the size of towns like that XD

maybe its just 8x8 during the founderaccess for easier monitoring reasons or whatever.
