On a serious note... Melee-addons for the shoota boy don't feel so needed, that's what the slugga boy is there for. In the case of the painboy, he needs more stuff. Much more stuff...

Awww, but we want our shootas to be like Lancers from Gears of War. The executions would be proper Orky! Actually that'd be a fun way to get a different execution like the devs hinted at awhile back, where we can buy new executions with RTC. The melee add-on would make it do a different kill instead of the standard one. Still acts like knuckles though regarding stats and what-not though I'd guess. Oop, rambling now, gonna stop.
