Additional Basic Class?

Given the option, I would much prefer the Spiritseer.

    BECAUSE ELDAR NECROMANCY.

For the lulz though, bards would be interesting. I feel that maybe they'd be included in some sort of Harlequin expansion - which I am all for.

I would honestly hope they add a Bonesinger / Spiritseer thing, so you can either build a Bonesinger and focus on Enhancing the armor and weapons of allied infantry and vehicle, which an option to "heal vehicles", or a Spiritseer and focus on greatly empowering Wraithguards.
This would, however, force bE to make two classes, which might make this a no go.

While Bonesingers very rarely join the battlefield, then it isn't unheard of and there are no reason GW shouldn't allow them to do so in EC as they allowed Relic to use them for DoW 1 and will possibly do so again for DoW 3 (as they need a builder for the Eldar). The Craftworld of Il-Kaithe have Bonesingers capable of working while their allies are engaged in battle, so it seems like skilled Bonesingers can do their craft during a fight.

It would be amazing if Combat Engineers were able to "summon" a stationary turret they or their allies could man (it would be to powerful if they were automatic), so we would see stuff like the Grav Platform ingame. That ability would be rather expensive though and take up the "offensive/buff" slot, possibly costing from 300 LP and up depending on the weapon (Shuriken Cannon/Heavy Bolter is cheapest) and whether or not the platform should be move-able or have a more powerful "shield" to protect the gunner. One can dream :D

Were did the Devs say that?

Also, the Warlocks can ride Jetbikes, so should there be a piece of Wargear for them or something like that?

On twitch. I asked about Spears. And devs response was, "With how GW is, we might have to." Pretty much meaning GW doesn't want everyone to ride Jetbikes.

You're wrong and all of these are confirmed RTC elites with pre-made loudouts(which we already know, at least weapons) except TEC which will be natural progression.

So that means we might see an EC where everyone from Saim-Hann can use Jetbikes and the remaining Craftworlds will have to use either a Warlock or a Sining Spear?
That sounds so terribly bad for balance it is not even funny...

We're all talking about how Bonesingers can't fight like Meks, Techmarines and Warpsmiths (or at all for that matter)

But a Bonesinger is the only one that can easily get away with having ranged vehicle repair

It's like a Warlock's renewer EXCEPT FOR VEHICLES

That means that flying lawnmower death scythe that's killin all your dudes? Doesn't need to make a pit stop and leave itself vulnerable to meltabombs, lascannons or power fists just to heal. It can be repaired while at the same time running over anyone trying to destroy it or the bonesinger.

I imagine the bonesinger would have similar melee capabilities to the Dark Reaper. Both are using large and unwieldy wraithbone objects, except one shoots missiles and the other is a set of psychic bagpipes. Unless you're going with the fancy TT model representation, in which case you have a psychic pan flute, but that's not nearly as awesome

To be fair, I think Bonesingers could be introduced, and become a sort of unique non-combat class that has tons of utility.

So for example, Techmarine can only repair vehicles, but he's also a fully capable Space Marine, just how Apothecary is.

Bonesinger has no combat capability, but he has utility, such as: repairing vehicles faster than any other Tech class, increasing vehicle's overall HP for a duration, repair Armor of Eldar infantry(and maybe increase it as well). I'm also thinking about Bonesinger as an alternate capture class that has to be literally escorted to the point, but in return he can capture it faster than Dire Avenger can, maybe even make it so he can "lock" a capture point for a period of time.

I don't agree with putting healbots into this type of game. It just starts solidifying the "Holy trinity" of RPGs and I much prefer the direction of a fully combat game. If we're ever able to build things somehow in the game, I'm all for Bonesingers - till then, everyone needs to fight.

I dare you to show me a singular player in whole EC community willing to play a class that can't fight in a game focused on PvP.
    You don't count.

There is no place for non combat units in non RTS/strategy game really.

Well then, i guess we'll have to wait and see what the new basic classes are gonna be...
The TEQ natural progression you mentioned though - could you elaborate please?
