Mhhhh remembers me in a showcase I saw in a game...... Mhhhh where was that again? There you could put up some trophies / achievements into the showcase and that's what is first seen when accessed your profile.
    Quothe and FireDemonJ99 like this.
  2. Yeah that has been confirmed (I believe) but that would be really hard to see in the heat of battle. Also if at the end of a mission, someone who is looking for new squad members would have to individually look at everyone's profile to find someone qualified for the position.

It's not that hard to look at someones armor, if he's lined up in front of you. And Squads should be kinda set, so this shouldn't happen thaaat often.
  4. Yes but would you be looking at someone's armour when 500 or so of your enemies are running at you with their guns waving.

You have to define " good players " first really. I don't think anyone who has killed 100,000 enemies is necessarily good, they just played the game a'lot. From what i gather on this community, many abhor the possibility of elitism more than the Inquisition hates heresy.

If there is a rating system based off K/D'r, kpm and average / highest killstreak then maybe titles could get across how skilled the player is in a more accurate way. It would help when choosing possible candidates for your guild / squad.

The previous sentence, and everything in it, isn't something the mainstream want, as i stated earlier on elitism. While the idea of ranking and more difficult titles would bring some reason for competetive gamer's to continue, I feel the community wants a baseline average 3rd person shooter fought over a battlefield with little distinguishing between one player and another in terms of importance.

I support your endeavour. I never liked disposable, Irrelevant gameplay. Ever. Not even Diablo 3.
  6. For starters, you say killing 100,000 isn't an achievement because they could just play lots, well isn't that a good thing in itself? It means that they are reliable and play lots...

And I think that K/D r, kpm and average/highest kill-streak shouldn't give you achievements it should be a good indicator of a person's skill but you should get achievements for other things, not necessarily based on skill, but (for example) trying each different unit type in the army or trying out all the races. I don't know!

I think that with the strict hierarchy we've got (Squad<SF<WC), it shouldn't be that hard to allow players to reward each other. The WC could reward some SFs who did good, these would then again reward certain Squads, and the SL would finally reward the single player.
  8. Remember guys achievements for the most part translate to merits you can wear on your armor, however if you want to know the exact name for the achievement and how to get it you'd have to click on the target or go to their profile page.

if they put achievements in, they should trophy's and banners in your ship or purity seals on your armour. and they good player thing would have to be some sort of kill/death ladder or something.
  10. K/D could get a little weird if used to that end, there would probably have to be other factors, but it's a cool idea none-the-less.
