I think that's literally the only reason to take the Rodeo Shoota over a Big shoota. Sometimes you need the compact, always ready shoota.
Usually, but there are times where the wind up will kill you. Although, I will admit that those times are not often enough to really ever use the Rodeo Shoota.
Rodeo is better against JPAs and GAs. The windup of the Big Shootah drastically reduces its d-bash + headshot efficiency.
It hits for less damage, simple. My over all point is they are equal now. The accuracy is not a thing if you use the AC properly. And the ammo isn't much of an issue either I have never ran out of ammo with the AC were there wasn't an ammo crate near by. Every faction has weapons that are questionably strong (some more than others) Its easy to try to point fingers but the question is do you really want every thing to be equal? Games that do this type of homogenization are boring and less fun in general. Just look a WoW its a case study for this sort of thing. If we are nerfing things that are "too strong" how about Grav Gun Grav Pistol Grav cannon Multimelta (for its range) Sun Rifle Striking scorpion Eldar mobility The Sorc Burn you to death beam (sorry don't know what its called) Yes its getting silly amiright. team work Clans Team speak Skill Storm/combi bolters Veteran classes Stalker Bolters Health Packs Armor Shields Grenade bundles Vehicles any thing that can kill you You can make arguments for all these items (or things) being to strong or not. But the big picture is that the factions believe it or not are pretty equal. The X factor that makes one side or another in the really is the players and how they work together. BUT OK I GIVE> Lets just make every class equal.. so that no one has any uniqueness or any advantage and every race is the same .. or you could go back to counterstrike lol
WoW may not be the best example because Blizzard can't balance to save their life and that game had more trap options than the original Tomb of Horrors.
Yes. It hits for less damage, but kills literally every target in the same number of shots as an AC anyway. Therefore the lower damage is meaningless. Anyway, this is my last post on the matter.
That is assuming it is on a full Hp/Armor standard target ...sometimes say the target has 125 hp(or smth close) 1 shot from AC may kill while one from AD may not kill . Point being damage profile being different is still a fact.
Barely however and only in the odd occasion, where as the ace dakka MUCH lower SIPS and suppresion are a factor in EVERY engagement.
