All vehicles are ungaingly and slow in this game, with way too many gunners needed. Eldar are less so, but still the Wave Serpent is not as agile as I would like a Predator to be.
The new ace dakka would have the same dps as the current ace dakka except it deal that damage through more bullets that do less damage. Which is why I said it would be based off of the deff shiny, the reworked version would have the deff shinys stats but with higher rate of fire to get its dps up to what the current ace dakka is now. Although everyone would freak out at that because of it's suppress so the total dps would actually need to be lower than the current ace dakka to balance it out. Having a new deffgun with the stats I talked about would work too.
The skip launcher needs contact explosives instead of bouncing grenades. I can't remember the six shoota too well but if I think it needs more damage to make it worth while. The torpedo axe should have something like a charge lunge instead of a bigger aoe ground pound. The git prod is super expensive if I remember right, bringing the cost down might make it viable for a sneaky stormboy.
Could always reduce the accuracy of muh bolter. Although the salt mines wouldn't be able to keep with demand if that ever happend. But you're right though, we do need it because of all the bolter porn we have to deal with.
It is a multi ton metal box with engines that are supposed to be very powerful. The Predator is supposed to be a very mobile light battle tank intended to keep up with a sweeping Marine advance.
And technically it can do all of these things in its current iteration. It has decent speed and handles much better than, say, the Ork Gunwagon. It can keep up with a Space Marine charge without issue while still able to lay down a withering carpet of heavy bolter and autocannon fire. Your Predator performs its purpose quite well as it is at the tasks it was made for, what you're asking for breaks into the realm of 'OP'. Wanting tanks to operate like race-cars will do that.
