I hope they tone it down a bit or make it super expensive for it to be impossible to wear in certain loadouts, otherwise, CSM would be ridiculously OP (just imagine common traitors with bolters using the mark, or jumpers with that too; hell no)

Should the seals grant some buffs? Lorewise they're kinda more like a placebo effect accessory to me (if it works the blessing, the marine it's pure, if it not, then it wasn't).

Yeah... except if the bearers act like most EA people now; that would just suck (and make matches super short).

The reason MoN was OP is because it also had damage mitigation on melee hit and a vampiric hit on each melee strike, both of these are set to be accessories and not actual parts of a Nurgle Mark. (now its only vampiric hits accessory since they removed the damage mitigation on hit).
A Tactical with a MoN wont be that OP tbh cause you will neither get any use out of a vampiric accessory (since you are engaging at range and its meant for melee) nor the damage mitigation buff (which again activates on melee).

I doubt the MoN itself as an accessory will be crazy OP, just that it will probably synergize well with some other accessories.

I wasn't even talking about a mode. I think a standard bearer should be an elite or heroic unit (I can't recall the difference atm), but someone whos' elevated to the position who gives the people around him a pretty significant buff.

the idea would be that once the standard bearer dies a fellow teammate can pick it up and be the standard bearer
there must always be a standard bearer, unless the opposite factions capture the standard, at that point one would need to make a new standard
