also how long do dwarves live in warhammer fantasy? i know in LOTR dwarves can live to be over 500 sometimes

aside from chaos lores,necromancy,skaven magic,gut magic off limits everything else is all good trappings you get is quarter staff

Really old I think 500-600 years trappings Flail or Great Weapon, Knuckle-duster, Shield or Buckler, Medium Armour (Mail Shirt and Leather Jack)

what do you mean by "great weapon"? like any big two handed weapon?

It is a catch all term they used for any two handed weapon eg zweihandler or two handed axe etc

hmmm which one sounds more like a dwarf would use it? axe or hammer? a sword does not sound like what they would use, im stuck between a 2 handed hammer and a 2 handed axe

Depends if you go down the rune path to rune lord than hammer works if you do warrior paths than axe makes sense
