Obviously fake. Capes are impossible, we got told that many times allready. Otherwise Eldar would have tabbards, sorcerer some robes and so on. Nice try (Looks awesome. your work?)
I think their using a different unreal version though, isn't 4.17 the one that does the nice capes? I think they have like 4.16 or 4.15
