I just started playing EC and I'm really enjoying it! I have a couple suggestions I've found really helpful from other games that lead to easier team gameplay and I'm not really sure where to suggest them so I'm going to post here and found out if I'm right or wrong. 1. In the quick communication system it takes first a discovery then time to memorize the outcomes. Having wanted to only be fighting I haven't gotten all of the few commands down. My first idea is that each time you use one of the quick comms it also posts the keys that issue that command. i.e "Alive (Faction): [V24] - Sorry!" "Alive (Faction): [V11] - I need health!" Not only does this show how to do it but as players become more advanced they'll recognize the code and won't have to read all the text to know what's going on. This does allow the system to be expanded in the future too! 2. Simply add the name of who is rescuing you and make it a bold-different color so you can associate who's being a team player with you and if they rescue you say three times in a game you can personally thank them for being awesome. Thoughts? Wrong forum?

Welcome Newblood, wish you all the fun you can get out of this game. Regarding your suggestions, Easy to implement (just UI and text) yet it could leave some positive effects. Like them (And yes, correct Forum)
@Celestia Exactly like that. I actually had the idea from Smite which was made by HiRez the same company that made Tribes Ascend. With the foundation already in EC it makes sense to me to continue the implementation further so it's easier to use and does get used.
Welcome to the grinder (meat, salt, it's all the same! ) Like the second idea, less for indicating team play, and more to see if the person who shot in to my melee to get his kill at least has the good grace to get me back up!
