Oh thats going to be fun.
I just looked this thing up. When was this added?
I'm glad the Space Wolves finally have non-Forgeworld airpower.
Kind of looks like a Caestus Assault Ram, but I dig it. I was expecting you guys to get the same air units. I know my SW best bud will love this.
P.S. your Blood Claws are what we would call Scouts in Power Armor in Codex chapters, and I have a lot of doubts they could take on the 10-man Assault or 6-man Terminator squads most of us run in Stormravens.
Hey, are SW Wolf Lords and Logan finally getting W4 to match the rest of the 6th ed+ Space Marine "Lord" level characters?
I'd guess the Lords aren't going by Stormclaw but Captains only have 3 Wounds (?) and Wolf Lords are their equivelant.
Space wolves are also getting another character dreadnought named, Murderfang. Logan Grimnar gets a wolf drawn chariot, and the space wolves venerable dreadnoughts can get power axe's and Storm Shields. The wolves will also get new psychic powers.
Here is what is said to be Murderfangs rules:
"MurderfangCrazy-awesome special character Venerable Dreadnought
Wolverine + Dreadnought + Extra Insanity = Murderfang
WS5 BS3 S6 F12 S12 R10 I4 A4 HP3
'Murderclaws' with underslung Storm Bolter and Heavy Flamer
It Will Not Die
May take a Drop Pod
'Murderclaws' - A pair of enormous, even for a Dreadnought, Lightning Claws made of 'alien ice that never melts or loses sharpness'
S7 AP2 - Melee, Master-Crafted, Shred, Specialist Weapon"
^Pretty sceptical about this.
Anyone heard about changes to Grey Hunters?
Word has it that they are 1 point cheaper but they get ccw's as an add-on for 2 points, meaning GH+CCW = 16 points per model.
I can live with that as long as it's not something like you replace boltguns. That would ruin the point of them for me. Price increases I support completely though.
Space wolves dreadnought is getting an axe and storm shield.
For my bugs:
Lost-The ability to destroy a vehicle in one shot with most of my army (yes, my str10 Tyro can't blow up a rhino), they screwed Smash (one hit instead of 1/2 attacks), Shadow of the Warp...LOL!!! There are others but I don't recall off the top of my head.
Gained: Flying monsters have knock down only on a wound and not just a hit, gain bonus assault attack for more than one weapon.
