Those 3 are kind of unfinished. This one has sources for everything and covers absolutely every aspect of the game that I can find, To give you an example it's close to 25 pages long (in word).

Might not happen, if the war council is going to be featured, whoever is in it will just try push you all away from the fun saying 'Its all part of my strategy'.
Not really, there's no penalty from disobeying the war council, it's just a bonus. Besides there's a reason why you can vote for the members of the warcouncil, since members of the warcouncil will (hopefully) realize the needs of the player, they won't take away the fun. They won't force you to go to such as such a place. They won't push you, they'll simply give you extra goodies if you do whatever objective/task is assigned to your factions by them.
I'm going to quote from the twitch ama, 'each faction will get set objectives on each continent, some they will share with other factions that they will fight for'. So I'm assuming there will be continent objectives, just have them instead of a council.

Which is why I feel the war council is a bit of a useless mechanic if there is no way of enforcing orders.
Well a four way battle is good and all but i wanna see a Blood Thruster, Avatar of Kain, An imperial class war Titan and an Ork Gargant duke it out in the game. XD THAT WU'D BE SOME GUD FITIN.
