245k rtc sitting there with nothing to spend it on. My characters are pimped. The elites are lacklustre and what new cosmetics do get released are rehashed existing assets. Look at the squig chest peice.(it's a bit of the squig backpack stretched as are the shoulders) they have banked my cash so no longer care hence the dlc only cosmetics. I see vehicle customisation on the horizon as another way to grab some cash whilst offering little variation to gameplay. Unless they announce a new map/game mode to come along with them they will just be another rtc cashgrab. No doubt there will be some dlc cash exclusives as a final middle finger to everyone sitting on rtc. /Rantoff
Already talk of the blood and gore update being a DLC, so they can keep the base game rating of pegi16. So yeah gonna have to pay for that. but was said it would be less then 5$. So yeah, just like your saying.

Well EC got shit reviews even from hardcore fans that were also the founders. What do expect? Even if they fix everything (which btw they didn't) and make tons of content... no. The train already left. It's actually really weird that people don't want to play a game that is free, and just look at the negative shitposting.
Free or not doenst matter, people don't want to spent their time on a "shitty" game, thats all. They look at the negative posting and say, well forget it, not worth my time. I guess most of the players left playing the game are hardcore fans of WH40k and not necessarily of EC. As I said befor, BHVR is just lucky that there isn't another WH40k-game out there similar to EC (Space Marine Multiplayer doesn't count), if it were, well ...
Optimzation. Graphical control and customization will also help. If you're able to play this with atleast a GTX 750 Ti/R9 270X and above then you'll get the playerbase you need. Shitty F2P games are always popular on steam because people play em not because they're fans but because they can and its free. Don't you dare tell me the Devs are busy and can't focus on that now. Not all of us are morons here. This is a discussion.
Honest question here. If most of the forums still plays or even creeps on the forums doesn't that mean you guys want the game to work? So why not do something about it? Simple things go a long way... It really Doesn't hurt anyone to try. And before you salt bags drop the "because they are shitty devs and the game is bad" posts just remember. You spent the time to complain when instead you could've spent the time to try and make the game into something better. Just leave a positive review, change old negative reviews to positive, stream videos, try and remove salt, guild leaders get the hype train rolling again, etc...
Thats the paradox with EC and it's players. I bet most who still play, including me, want the game to work even if we rant / salt like it was 30k. We would support EC much, much, more, if it were just worth it. Atm BVHR doesn't want to invest money/time/resources [whatever] in the amount which would be needed to get EC back on track. It is a lose for them, we have to live with it. Sure we could preach like hell, but after a few games (hard entry) most say, well no thanks and leave. All is left "this guy promoted it, but it wasn't good and he got me also to spent money on it. Never again will I trust him!" Guild leader should rock the train? Well, I tell you something: At our weekly Chapter Summit we have more players in our Teamspeak than players would fit into the garrison or even two of them. So some are able to be "in persona" there, just some over voice. Minor Problem, but it is a shame. So after it, we want to play as a guild, but guess what. We can only invite players over the Steam-friendlist and not on the "Guild"-page. So every time a new member (or "not a friend") joins he needs to be added. This takes time and is really cumbersome. But the best thing is: So we have about 40+ brothers on TS, setting up our warparties and guess again: We wait! And wait. And wait. 10mins later we find a game and can play for a few mins befor the game is over and we have to wait again. Thats frustrating. And please don't say "Hey, you could play an other faction, try Elder / Ork!" Thats not going to work as a LSM-guild. We could make a "partner-guild" for CSM, Elder or Ork, but talk to our officers how much work that is. They do that in their sparetime and not get paid for it! Trust me, if BVHR really shows that they believe in their own game, we players, fans or founders will support them again, as we did at the beginning. But as it seems for me, they just want to cut their lose and move on and thats a shame, because all what will be left are sad and angry players.
